Mediation Case Handling and Skills Enhancement

Legal Aid Department (LAD) had organized a course relating to Mediation Case Handling and Skills Enhancement on 9-11 April 2019. This course was held at Institut Latihan Kehakiman dan Perundangan (ILKAP), Bangi, Selangor. 20 mediators from different LAD branches across Malaysia had participated in this course.
This program is aimed to give understanding and exposures to the mediators on the skills and techniques on mediation and to provide a knowledge sharing platform to participants to exchange their experiences in handling various mediation cases.
The contents of this course include mediation approach in dispute settlement, legal issues on mediation for civil and syariah cases handled by JBG and simulation sessions. The closing ceremony and certificate presentation was honored by the General Director of Legal Aid Department YBhg. Datuk Haini binti Hassan.
