Legal Aid Clinic of Federal Territory Kuala Lumpur

On 28 Ogos 2019, the Legal Aid Department, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur had organised a Legal Aid Clinic at the Syariah Court Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur. The details are as follows:

(b) Time : 9.00 a.m - 5.30 p.m
(c) Venue :  Syariah Court Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur
(d) Type of Program  :  Legal Aid Clinic
       

One (1) client came for consultation. Client was given legal advice and client was also advised to go to the Legal Aid Department, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur at Menara TH Perdana, Kuala Lumpur for further consultation.

Program objective is to introduce LAD to the public at large particulary on it's objective, functions and rules in providing LAD's services.

(d) Type of Program  :  Legal Aid Clinic
       

Two (2) clients came for consultation with regards to the Syariah matters (custody (hadhanah), nullity of marriage (fasakh) and li’an).
Clients were given legal advice and they are advisable to visit to our the Legal Aid Department, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur at Menara TH Perdana, Kuala Lumpur for further consultation.
