To ensure that all services at the counter will be attended to in less than fifteen (15) minutes; |

To ensure that legal advice will be given promptly, accurately and effectively; |

To ensure that mediation services will be settled within thirty (30) days from the date of both parties agree to the mediation; |

| 4. |
To ensure that the filing of cases in Courts will be done within two (2) weeks after the acceptance of complete documentation; |
| |

| 5. |
To ensure that the fair order will be served to the client within one (1) week after acceptance from the Court; and |
| |
|
| 6. |
To ensure that legal advice and legal aid rendered efficiently and effectively in accordance with the necessity and based on the principle of equality before the law. |
