Clients Charter
| 1. | To ensure that client's waiting time to be attended to at the counter does not exceed fifteen (15) minutes. |
| 2. | To ensure that mediation services are concluded within thirty (30) days from the date of both parties' consent for mediation. |

To ensure that pleadings are completed within - (a) For non-mediation cases, thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of complete documentation. (b) For mediation cases, twenty-one (21) days from the date of the conclusion of the mediation sessions. |
| 4. | To ensure that cases are filed in courts within fourteen (14) days after the completions of pleadings. |
| 5. | To ensure that the fair order/judgment is served on client within seven (7) days upon receipt of the same from court. |
